Policies and Regulations
The Board of Education, School District No. 91 (Nechako Lakes), is responsible for establishing policies, ensuring implementation and monitoring the results within the school district.
The initiation and review of new and existing policies is an ongoing process that reflects the district's operational needs and is maintained through extensive consultation with stakeholder groups such as parents, staff, students, and community members.
The following policies are currently under review:
- Policy 101.0 - Statement of Guiding Principles for the Board of Education
- Policy 101.2 - Trustee Standards of Conduct
- Policy 101.2A - Trustee Standards of Conduct - Appendix A
- *NEW* Policy 101.3.1 - Role of the Trustee
- Policy 101.3.2 - Chairperson and Vice Chairperson
Public input on these policies will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026.
